Kirk Wood Bromley is a playwright, poet, and voice, guitar, full cello, trombone and lyricist for The New Cigarette. He lives in Brooklyn, NY, with Leah at The Home Of. He runs Inverse Theater. More on him can be found here.

Leah Schrager started playing flute with her mother’s childhood open-holed Reynolds at the age of 5. After time spent playing in the hills of Kyoto she started to branch out. She picked up the drums then add in the broken one eighth cello (a happy accident) and an old Baldwin upright and we’re complete. She is drums, voice, flute, piano, broken one eighth cello and images.

We enjoy seducing guest artists into the wonders of freeform chamber punk. So far that only includes our good friend and composer John Gideon, but we’re trying…
